The Foundation Berlin Wall brings together six historical sites: the Memorial Site Emergency Reception Center Marienfelde, the East Side Gallery, the Memorial Site Berlin Wall, the Memorial Site Günter Litfin, and the Parliament of Trees against War and Violence. It is committed to establishing a memorial site at the former Checkpoint Charlie. All historical sites of the foundation are central places of remembrance for the division of Berlin and Germany.
