Schwules Museum
Schwules Museum
The Schwules Museum is the largest exhibition and collection space for queer history and art in the world. It presents new queer perspectives on various topics through changing exhibitions, showcases queer art, and introduces queer culture. Queer communities present themselves in a self-determined and diverse manner. The in-house collection consists of 1.5 million archival items, and the freely accessible library contains more than 25,000 titles.
With an admission ticket, visitors can attend all exhibitions and also join the guided tours offered three days a week. The library is freely accessible, while the archive requires an appointment.
