Museum Berlin-Karlshorst
Museum Berlin-Karlshorst
The Museum Berlin-Karlshorst is located at the historic site of the Wehrmacht's surrender on May 8, 1945, marking the end of World War II in Europe. The original surrender hall has been preserved. The exhibition 'Germany and the Soviet Union in World War II' sheds light on the war from German and Soviet perspectives through objects, photos, documents, and personal stories.
The museum regularly hosts free lecture evenings. On special opening days, such as May 8 and the Day of Historic Monuments (in September), free guided tours are offered.
