The District Central Library Pablo Neruda offers around 100,000 books and media for children, teenagers, and adults over four floors. There are internet PCs (maximum usage duration of one hour per day), laptops for on-site use (maximum usage duration of two hours per day), and many workspaces with the possibility of free all-day Wi-Fi access. Special highlights of the facility include a music room, an art library with artworks for loan, a gaming zone, and the maker space 'WerkRaum'.

The classic library offer is supplemented by a compact program, a library of things, digital offerings, and numerous consulting services such as the 'Digital Zebra'.
